DCAD Productions, is and always has been a multifaceted internet enterprise, well actually there was a day when we actually traveled from client to client, setting up systems, networks, various services provided. Then the internet exploded...
First things first, DCAD Productions is our site where we get to talk to you, the reader. This is also where all our back in stuff happens, support, billing etc, for our various ventures. Our latest venture is our hosting site StarliteHosting.Com. , our plans are not to bring you "cheap" internet but to bring "VALUED SERVICE". Valued Service not cheap hosting, cheap hosting is just that and that you can find that anywhere. Sure their are tons of those out there, plus how do you compete in price with the "Go Daddy's" of the world? Well you do by giving people value, value in service and that is what we do, hence the name "Valued Service". When someone is your client, whether through hosting, consulting, or purchasing a service, we succeed by listening to what our clients want. Our business is making your business service, enterprise, or whatever project you have, run as hassle free as possible.
We live, we work in the "Service" Industry, there are so many that forget that nowadays, that they let their "geekyness" overshadow the fact that we are here to provide a service to you the client. No matter what, we are hear for you. Yes I spelled that wrong intentionally, because we are here to HEAR you and with that, to help you. Sometimes business's will forget that and get this attitude that you, the customer are here for them, that you the customer are coming to them, like Moses's to the mountaintop, well what we believe, is that we are here to bring that mountain to you and knock it down to a size that you can understand, that you can grasp and you can utilize successfully in your business.
We and when I say we I mean you, me our friends, etc, do business with people we like and respect. That is a simple fact of life. If you are treated respectfully and given attentive, prompt service, then you will stay a customer. Price is a consideration when entering a business relationship with an unknown person or company but when you have a good relationship established, then that relationship is the driving factor, not the cost. Our goal is to maintain and grow an excellent relationship with you our client, so that we will have a long term relationship that is mutually beneficial to all.
Now I am a great believer in information, yes I will admit to being a "news junkie", with that said, one of the things I want to do is to try to bring you the most up to date news on various topics via news feeds and of course this blog.
